A model has been caught on camera shouting a racist word as she reacts with fury after being stopped from re-entering a bar.

Natasha Williams was filmed issuing the expletive-laden outburst outside the Clink Cellar Bar in Leamington Spa on Boxing Day night.

The 24-year-old shouts about someone stealing her handbag, during which she leans her head back and spits out the word ‘p***’.

In the four-second clip, a bouncer remonstrates with his hands and calls her ‘darling’ as he steps from the doorway to try to calm the situation down.

But as he does, Williams, who is raging with anger, yells: ‘He stole my f***ing stuff, the little p*** f**k.’

The footage went viral after it was posted on Instagram, with some social media users accusing her of racism and others defending her actions as a drunken mistake.

Warwickshire Police are aware of the incident and have appealed for anyone with information to contact the force.

Williams’s mother, Gaynor, said her daughter faced ‘prosecution’ and losing her job as she spoke at the family’s detached house near Warwick.

She added: ‘She didn’t direct that comment at anyone. She was talking to her boyfriend and she apologised to the doorman after saying it.’

A neighbour, who did not want to be named, explained that the handbag had actually been found and put behind the bar, and that the matter had ‘all been resolved on the night’.

He added: ‘She was very drunk.’

The part-time model’s father, Ian Williams, who lives in a nearby village, also made excuses for his daughter’s actions.

He told MailOnline:’She thought she had lost her handbag and she was panicking and they weren’t letting her back in to the pub.

‘Now she has had threats of physical violence and she’s almost certainly lost her job. She is frightened to death and it seems totally unfair.

‘This is a girl out for a drink, she’s drunk, she’s upset that she’s lost her handbag and now it’s being made into something it isn’t.

‘We all say those sort of things from time to time, it’s just a shame somebody filmed her.

‘She’s a lovely girl, very warm and this is totally out of character but she’s obviously panicking about losing her handbag.

‘They wouldn’t let her back in and she got extremely angry because her phone was in there and her boyfriend’s car keys.

‘Her boyfriend had gone to try and calm her down and in the video she’s shouting at him.’

But the clubber’s outburst drew condemnation on social media.

Georgia Farmer from Leamington, wrote on Instagram: ‘The fact that her friends are still defending this behaviour is bizarre.

‘I’ve been in some states, including injuries, in town since I first started going out but I’ve never been a racist.

‘Being drunk and losing your bag is no excuse so can people stop using it as a justification, she’s probably only apologised because she’s been caught on camera.’

Another user, going under the handle The Doctoral Researcher, also took a dim view, writing: ‘Racism is alive and all those that defend her are the problem.’

Aneeta Dosanjh, from Leamington, said on Facebook: ‘The apology, also useless, explains that the bouncer has accepted the apology… acceptance in haste, and after thinking about the situation, I’d expect he probably thought had that been the other way he would have received an equal amount of abuse if not more!’

Sunny Araf, the proprietor of Birmingham-based ISA Support Services, told MailOnline that door staff are experiencing a rise in racist behaviour.

He said: ‘Throughout the pandemic our teams have been working around the clock to make sure members of the public can go about their daily lives in a safe and controlled environment.

‘Unfortunately we have seen a rise in racist attacks against members of the security industry who are simply trying to do their jobs.

‘This behaviour will not be tolerated and claiming to be drunk is no excuse. Working with the police and local councils we will take a zero tolerance approach.’

A spokeswoman for Warwickshire Police said: ‘We were contacted at 4.06pm on Monday 27 December by a third party to a report of racial abuse in a video which had been seen online.

‘The video is believed to have been filmed outside a bar on Warwick Street, Leamington, between 26 December and 27 December, and involves an individual using racist language towards a man.

‘Enquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident to please come forward.’
