Cocktail of the week: Nopi’s sumac martini

Sumac martini

Serves 1

For the sumac vodka
100ml vodka
10g sumac, plus further to garnish

For the drink
25ml sumac-infused vodka (see above and technique)
15ml Velvet Falernum liqueur
20ml pomegranate juice
20ml contemporary lime juice
