Kevin Spacey has been discovered not answerable for damages after he was accused of sexual assault.
Anthony Rapp accused the Home of Playing cards actor of assaulting him at a celebration in 1986, when he was 14 years previous, claiming he was the sufferer of an ‘undesirable sexual advance’.
He filed authorized motion in September, 2020, and sought round $40million in damages.
Spacey, 63, fiercely denied all allegations towards him, and stood trial in New York this month over the claims.
