US diplomat’s wife admits causing Harry Dunn’s death by careless driving

A US diplomat accused over the dying of Harry Dunn has pleaded responsible to careless driving.

Anne Sacoolas is charged over the 19-year-old motorcyclist’s dying after a horror crash outdoors a army base in Northamptonshire in August 2019.

The 45-year-old left the UK 19 days after the incident close to RAF Croughton utilizing her diplomatic immunity asserted on her behalf by the US authorities.

Prosecutor Duncan Atkinson KC confirmed the Crown accepts the plea of inflicting dying by careless driving.

Mr Atkinson stated the Crown wouldn't be continuing to trial on the inflicting dying by harmful driving cost.
