The 47-year-old shared the information in an Instagram publish on Tuesday with pictures of Sean all through his life and posing with Keith and the singer’s son Jay. 

Within the caption, the popstar wrote: ‘Sean Duffy. 1945 – 2022.

In a separate Instagram story, Duffy posted one other image, writing ‘my hero, my idol, my da’. 

Keith’s Boyzone bandmate Ronan Keating expressed his condolences and commented: ‘Sending all our love.’
