‘As if the household had not suffered sufficient, the home was burgled a few weeks later and property stolen.’

Yesterday, the teenager, from Salford, was sentenced at Manchester Magistrates’ Court docket for harmful driving, aggravated car taking, driving with no licence, and driving with out insurance coverage.

He was given a youth rehabilitation order, an exercise requirement, a three-month curfew, fined £85, and banned from driving for 12 months.
