A hospital in Bristol has been evacuated after a person claimed to be in possession of explosive materials.
A serious incident was declared within the A&E division at Southmead Hospital round noon after stories a suspicious package deal was found.
The bomb squad along with armed police and fireplace crews had been known as to the scene.
Officers from the Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit examined numerous baggage, Avon and Somerset Police stated.
The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of creating a bomb hoax and is in police custody.
