New York’s Museum of Modern Art evacuated after two women stabbed

The Museum of Trendy Artwork in Manhattan was evacuated this afternoon after two girls have been stabbed on the bottom ground.

Horrified witnesses stated they noticed two folks being taken out of the constructing on stretchers.

Each victims are considered in a secure situation in hospital, as police launch a manhunt for the suspect.

The person the NYPD are on the lookout for was believed to be sporting a black beanie and a black hoodie.

Police haven't recognized the victims, and the motive for the assault isn't but recognized.

Alyssa Katz, deputy editor of New York information outlet The Metropolis, tweeted that a ‘stampede; of individuals have been seen ‘fleeing’ the museum.

‘I simply spoke with witnesses visiting from Cannes, France. They noticed somebody stabbed within the underarm on the primary ground,’ she wrote.

A number of folks contained in the constructing filmed the evacuation as they have been led outdoors into the snow by museum employees.

One Twitter consumer who shared a video of their scape stated: ‘Needed to evacuate the MoMa.

‘We have been locked up within the basement whereas not figuring out what was occurring. Individuals have been screaming and crying. Police informed us to RUN.’
