A lady has been spared jail after making up a narrative about her boss attacking her with a Biro at work.

Parivash Kiani sued journey company Aviareps, saying her line supervisor, Fawad Shaida, stabbed her within the hand twice with a pen at her desk in February 2015.

She confirmed photos of puncture wounds to her proper hand and sued for psychological scarring.
