Anne Deegan Hunt, 61, was spending Saturday in Southport, Merseyside together with her nine-year-old granddaughter Leila who's autistic and has studying disabilities.
She took her granddaughter to KFC on Eastbank Avenue together with Leila’s carer for a meal.
However Leila turned distressed on the loud music being performed contained in the restaurant, climbed onto a desk and began shouting for the noise to cease.
