Police searching for man in pink fluffy bobble hat after bus ‘sex assault’

He harassed a number of other passengers before approaching the victim and touching her several times.Another passenger intervened and the suspect was removed from the bus.Detectives have released a CCTV image of the man they need to trace. He is described as between 35 and 40 years old. He was wearing a light pink woolly hat with ?pearls? on it and a light brown hooded jacket; he was also carrying what was described as a cross body woman?s purse.

Police have launched a picture of a person they wish to hint after an alleged sexual assault on a London bus.

The Metropolitan Police are investigating experiences a girl was attacked whereas travelling in Haringey. 

Detectives say a person who was on the bus on the time is being sought and might be able to assist with enquiries.

He was carrying a brilliant pink wooly bobble hat with pearls on it on the time and was clearly seen on CCTV.

Described as being between 35 and 40-years-old, the Met mentioned he was additionally carrying a lightweight brown hooded jacket, and a ‘cross physique girl’s purse’.

The incident is alleged to have occurred at 5.40pm on January 15 aboard the 141 bus, heading to London Bridge on Turnpike Lane.

A ‘variety of different passengers’ had been harassed, the Met mentioned, earlier than the suspect approached the sufferer.

The person – who was already on the bus when the girl who complained bought on – then approached her.
