Cyclist suspected of carrying Class A drugs caught pedaling up motorway at 5am

A bike owner suspected of carrying class A medicine was caught by police pedaling up a motorway.

The dangerous rider was noticed within the center lane of the M3 at round 5am this morning.

Police had been known as after receiving calls in regards to the bike owner close to junction 13 at Eastleigh, Hampshire.

Specialist street officers had been known as in and requested the bike owner to tug over.

However he continued to hawk, even veering into one other lane of visitors, earlier than being compelled to cease on the verge.

He was arrested for inflicting havoc on the street and on suspicion of carrying medicine.

Hampshire Roads Policing Unit stated: ‘Referred to as this morning at 0510hrs to studies of a bike owner biking in Lane 2 on the M3 at Jct 13.

‘They didn't need to cease for us, continued into Lane 3 and ultimately needed to be compelled onto the verge space the place the rider was detained.

‘Rider has been arrested for inflicting hazard to street customers and suspected possession of a category A substance.’
