El Chapo, the infamous Mexican ex-drug lord, is now complaining about how he's handled behind bars within the US.

In a seven-page letter, El Chapo, whose actual title is Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera, 65, claims that he's being mistreated in an American most safety jail and that it's taking a toll on his well being.
