Kate Moss ‘to testify Johnny Depp caught her and tended to her’ after she slipped down the stairs in Amber Heard trial

Kate Moss is reportedly set to testify that Johnny Depp ‘caught her and tended to her’ when she fell down the steps throughout their relationship. 

The mannequin, 48, has been referred to as as a witness within the £50million defamation trial with Depp’s ex-wife Amber Heard, 36. 

Depp, 58, had introduced the case towards Heard following a 2018 op-ed by which she wrote about her expertise as a survivor of home violence, which the actor says impacted his profession. 

Through the trial, Heard had introduced up Moss in her testimony, saying she felt linked to the mannequin on account of a hearsay that Depp pushed her down the steps once they had been courting between 1994 and 1997. 

By mentioning Moss and the alleged incident, Heard inadvertently allowed Depp’s attorneys to name the mannequin as a witness to debate the incident, which sources say just isn't true. 

After Heard talked about Moss’s identify in court docket, Depp’s authorized workforce had been seen excitedly celebrating as they had been capable of name her as a witness to provide her account of what occurred in the course of the alleged incident.
