A girl who was killed alongside along with her three golden retrievers after they have been hit by a automotive has been named as Olivia Riley.
A 26-year-old driver was held on suspicion of inflicting dying by harmful driving following the surprising incident simply after 6am yesterday in Chelsea, west London.
