Amber Heard’s lawyers call for retrial with claims of ‘improper juror service’

Amber Heard’s legal professionals have stepped up their calls for for a brand new trial in her multimillion-dollar defamation case with Johnny Depp following claims of “improper juror service”.

In paperwork filed on Friday, the actor’s authorized group mentioned “newly found info and data” about a person juror meant that a mistrial must be declared.

Attorneys mentioned one of many people initially summoned to serve within the trial had not appeared and had been changed by another person.
