It was being reported that the Premier League membership whose participant has been arrested on suspicion of rape shouldn't be suspending him.

Nonetheless, when this newest replace was mentioned on BBC Information on Thursday morning, host Mike Bushell appeared with an image of latest Chelsea striker Sterling within the background, who shouldn't be the participant who was arrested.

‘An image of a distinct and wholly unconnected participant was proven. We apologise for this error.’
They instructed Metro.co.uk they may repeat this apology of their subsequent sports activities bulletin on the Information channel.
Viewers at dwelling beforehand identified the error from the broadcaster, blasting them for the error.
One wrote on Twitter: ‘Did anybody else simply see the BBC Information point out a footballer and rape allegations, with an image of Raheem Sterling, that was immediately eliminated and the presenter attempt to change the topic?! What’s occurring?’
