A Deliveroo driver has been fired after he filmed himself mocking a lady for ordering thrush cream.

The motorbike rider posted the video on Instagram after delivering the order to the lady in Cambridge.

Within the brief clip, the driving force filmed himself handing over a Boots bag, which he had opened, containing Canesten antifungal cream.

Canesten is commonly used to deal with thrush.

Deliveroo has condemned the person’s behaviour as ‘fully unacceptable’ and he has been closely criticised on-line.

When approached by Metro.co.uk, Deliveroo declined to touch upon the id of the driving force.

A spokesperson for firm, stated: ‘This behaviour is totally unacceptable and we'll now not work with this rider.

‘We've contacted the shopper to apologise and provide our help – and we're talking to the platforms to request the video is taken down.’
