Piers Morgan baffles viewers by inexplicably holding motionless pig in dig at Boris Johnson: ‘Piers, are you ok?’

Piers Morgan left viewers scratching their heads when he appeared on his ailing TalkTV present clutching a confused piglet.

The previous Good Morning Britain host was making an attempt to make a joke about Boris Johnson, who is predicted to resign ‘imminently’ after dozens of Tory MPs give up following scandal after scandal.

Labelling the unpopular outgoing prime minister as a ‘greased piglet of politics’, it appears the brown furry swine resting in Piers’ arms is meant to symbolize or be a metaphor for Mr Johnson and his chaotic authorities.

Piers went on to say on Wednesday night time: ‘Tonight, Boris Johnson should go.  

‘The greased piglet of politics has slipped and squirmed by means of virtually three disastrous years of dysfunction and deceit. 38 resignations in two days have butchered his authorities and tonight, absolutely, nothing can now save his bacon?’

The piglet remained virtually immobile cradled within the 57-year-old’s arms whereas he laid into hapless Mr Johnson, with the digicam zooming into the animal’s blinking face.

The swine triggered fairly a stir on Twitter, with viewers saying they had been baffled it made an look on the present.
