Bored of Aperol Spritz? Three interesting summer cocktails to try this weekend

Summer time evenings are greatest spent with a cocktail in hand, should you ask us.

And with a full weekend of uninterrupted solar and 30-degree warmth on the playing cards, what higher time than now to check out some new recipes?

We requested three mixologists for some lesser-known summer season cocktail recipes, for when G&Ts or pornstar martinis simply aren’t chopping it.

  • 25ml coconut water
  • 15ml lime juice
