Torbay Conservative MP Kevin Foster, 43, slammed the transfer by Torbay council, saying they have been a “full joke”.

A Torbay Council spokesman stated: ‘We are able to verify that following a criticism from a member of the general public, an enforcement case has been opened into the erection of unauthorised timber fencing and the show of commercials inside the beer backyard of the Drum Inn, Cockington.
