Rage Against The Machine cancel UK and European tour and Reading and Leeds festival after injury

Rage In opposition to The Machine have been pressured to cancel the UK and European leg of their tour, together with performances at Studying and Leeds festivals after their frontman was injured. 

The band had been resulting from carry out a string of dates within the UK and EU however had been pressured to name them off on ‘medical steering’ after Zack De La Rocha sustained a leg damage on the second evening of their North American tour final month in Chicago. 

The band confirmed the cancellations on their official Twitter account, telling followers: ‘Per medical steering, Zack De La Rocha has been suggested that the August and September 2022 UK and European leg of the Rage In opposition to The Machine tour can't proceed. 

‘It's with nice disappointment that we announce this cancellation.’

They added: ‘Rage In opposition to The Machine will likely be ending their run at Madison Sq. Backyard on August 11, 12 & 14 after which Zack should return house for relaxation and rehabilitation. 

‘The flights, journey time and rigorous schedule within the UK and Europe are merely an excessive amount of of a danger for a whole restoration. 

‘We're so sorry to all of our followers who've waited years to see us and hope to Rage once more quickly. Please contact your level of buy for refunds to any headline exhibits. Brad, Tim, Tom & Zack.’

Zack had injured his leg in the midst of the band’s Chicago present whereas performing Bullet In The Head. 

He had briefly left the stage with the assistance of the crew however later returned to finish the present sitting down on a stage monitor.

The singer informed the group on the time: ‘I don’t know what occurred to my leg proper now. However you recognize what? We’re gonna hold this f**king s**t going.
