Ms Dean advised South Dakota’s KOTA TV: ‘I bear in mind feeling the stress on my hip, my hip being pushed again and I bear in mind the feeling of flying within the air and going head over heels.

‘It’s a miracle I even lived till the ambulance received there, not to mention saved my life and my leg.

‘I can’t stroll and not using a walker or crutches. I can’t stroll very far. About 20 metres and I’m achieved, for a very long time.’
