Gwyneth Paltrow pens honest essay about turning 50 and owning past mistakes: ‘I betrayed myself to keep the peace’

Gwyneth Paltrow has mirrored again on her life and opened up about proudly owning her previous errors in an essay celebrating turning 50. 

The actress is about to show 50 on September 27 and took the milestone birthday to look again on the previous 5 many years. 

She shared a candid essay on her life-style web site , revealing that whereas her previous errors give her sleepless nights she has ‘realized from all of them’.

She admitted that she had struggled to set boundaries or get up for herself up to now as a result of she was afraid of upsetting individuals in her private life and her profession.
