Richard Bromell, from Charterhouse Auctioneers in Dorset, stated: ‘It was a wonderful discovery and we're delighted with the worth it achieved.

‘Though I've seen and offered many barn finds over the many years, this one definitely trumps all different earlier discoveries.’

Linda stated it’s a ‘lovely automobile’ which holds plenty of recollections for the household.

‘We have been unhappy to let it go,’ she added.

‘It might be good if the brand new proprietor can get her again up and working and look after her.’
