Kevin Spacey to appear in US court to face allegations of sexual assault

Kevin Spacey will seem in a US court docket to face the allegations of sexual assault levelled towards him by actor Anthony Rapp.

Rapp, 50, alleges he was the sufferer of an ‘undesirable sexual advance’ from Spacey at a celebration in 1986, when he was 14.

Spacey, 63, has ‘categorically denied’ the allegations and stated he ‘didn't harbour any sexual curiosity or want in Mr Rapp on the time or since.’

Jury choice will start on Thursday in the US District Courtroom for the Southern District of New York, with proceedings presided over by Choose Lewis A Kaplan.

Rapp first made allegations towards Spacey in 2017.

Since Rapp’s allegations in October 2017, Home of Playing cards actor Spacey has been in exile from Hollywood.
