A manhunt has been launched after a 72-year-old girl with cerebral palsy was abused in a carry.

The sufferer was aggressively confronted after she requested the person if she might use the carry alone over fears she would catch Covid.

He then made derogatory feedback about her incapacity.

CCTV pictures present the person staring intently on the girl contained in the elevator.

Inspector Paul Gummer stated: ‘This was an appalling incident that brought about nice upset and misery to the sufferer.
