A person banned from carrying marker pens and moist paints has been jailed after breaching the phrases of his Prison Behaviour Order.

Lloyd Griffiths, 22, was discovered with two Sharpie pens, one tucked in his waistband, and a small quantity of hashish on October 10.

The discoveries had been made after he was reported for making inappropriate feedback to ladies at McDonald’s in Bourges Boulevard, Peterborough.

In 2019, Griffiths upset locals and enterprise homeowners by inflicting ‘prolific’ prison harm.

He was convicted and given a five-year order stopping him from carrying supplies to trigger prison harm in a public place.

Griffiths, from Oakham, insisted he wasn’t planning on utilizing the marker pens discovered on him this week.

He claimed to have been given them by a good friend.

However he was jailed for 18 weeks after pleading responsible to breaching a CBO and possession of a category B drug in public at Peterborough Magistrates Court docket.

PC Luke Cooke mentioned: ‘Griffiths was handed this CBO after inflicting prolific prison harm in public locations throughout the town centre, which resulted in disruption to native companies within the space, and upset many members of the area people.

‘I hope this end result exhibits how severely the courts take a breach of a Prison Behaviour Order.’
