Plumes of smoke rise above Glasgow after major fire breaks out

A significant hearth has damaged out in Glasgow, with plumes of smoke seen throughout the town.

The Scottish Fireplace and Rescue Service stated it obtained a name at 9.55am on Sunday a couple of blaze on Kingston Avenue within the Tradeston space.

Six home equipment are at present on the scene to extinguish the flames, with no studies of any accidents.

Pictures and photographs shared on social media exhibits big clouds of smoke within the space, stated to be close to the brand new Barclays workplace.

A spokesperson for the Scottish Fireplace and Rescue service stated: ‘We obtained a name at 9.55am this morning to studies of a constructing hearth.

‘There are 4 home equipment in attendance. The hearth is ongoing.’

Highway closures are in place and drivers have been urged to keep away from the world.
