Woman dies on flight to Heathrow Airport

A 51-year-old girl who had a cardiac arrest on a flight to London from the US has died.

Emergency providers rushed to Terminal 2 on the west London airport simply after 6.30am immediately.

The London Ambulance Service and the Met Police have been referred to as to the airport and boarded the United Airways flight UA880 flight from the US at 7.07am.

Two cycle paramedics and an incident response officer recovered the physique of a girl from the flight which departed from Houston.

Officers have been referred to as to the airport at 6.42am, and have stated the demise is being handled as ‘sudden’.

A spokesperson stated: ‘It has been investigated and isn't suspicious.

‘Her subsequent of kin are conscious and a file might be ready for the coroner.’

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson stated: ‘We have been referred to as at 6:33am immediately (5 October) to experiences of a passenger having suffered a cardiac arrest onboard a flight because of arrive at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2.

‘We despatched two cycle paramedics and an incident response officer. Sadly, a girl was pronounced lifeless on the scene.’
