It’s the start of the year, which means many will try to adopt healthier and more sustainable habits – including Veganuary.

The January challenge invites us to swap out meat products in our diets and lifestyles, be it just for the month or as the start of a longer-term choice.

Vegan leather alternatives can be a great way to start.

With smarter technology able to imitate real leather textures and looks, and more , there’s plenty to choose from – high street to high-end.

The actual alternatives used in place of leather vary widely too – we won’t pretend they’re all going to be sustainable or good for the planet. But by cutting our animal consumption, that’s arguably one less evil to face.
